A BIT ABOUT THERAPY

Therapy is a place where I meet you and your stresses, struggles, tensions, frustrations and your joy. The time we are together is about 1 hour. The other 23 hours you are living, working, playing, sleeping, parenting, learning, and trying to manage life.

I'm here to help you develop skills, cope with trauma and make the most out of the other 23 hours in your day.

I utilize therapeutic techniques like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing therapy),

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solutions Focused Therapy.
